Stanley K. Doobin
President

Stan Doobin joined the company in 1984 and has been President since 1992. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the company's business, with particular focus on financial controls and customer service. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Doobin functioned as Vice President, assisting his father, Leo Doobin in building the company's business. Mr. Doobin worked for Arthur Andersen before joining the company and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is President of the Accident Prevention and Safety League, Inc., an industry organization affiliated with the State Insurance Fund for the promotion of industry safety and awareness; and a Board Member of the Building Services Contractor Association International, the largest International facilities services trade organization. Mr. Doobin holds a B.S. from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from Emory University.

   

Daniel (Dan) Duffy
Executive Vice President

Dan Duffy joined the company in 2001 and is presently the Executive Vice President responsible for Harvard's day-to-day operations and acquisition strategies. He also leads the restructuring team as Harvard® continues with its expansion. Prior to joining Harvard, Mr. Duffy served as President for the Northeast Region of One Source, Inc., responsible for over $300 million of service contracts from Delaware to New England. Before that, he was President of Initial Cleaning Services, responsible for the daily operations of the company's eastern region. He has a bachelor's degree in Urban Affairs from St. Louis University and is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

   

Patrick Mullin
Sr. Vice President

Mr. Mullin has been with the Company since 1996, originally as Vice President of Sales until his promotion to Senior Vice President of Sales in 2001. His responsibilities include directly handling a $15 million portion of the company's cleaning portfolio, overseeing two sales representatives, and establishing quota systems and sales goals to reflect the desired growth projections for the company. In addition to the sales function, he is responsible for all aspects of the accounts under his supervision such as scheduling, personnel assignments and financial issues. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mullin was with several cleaning and maintenance organizations as a result of acquisitions, including Total Building Maintenance, National Cleaning Contractors, I.S.S., and Initial Cleaning Contractors. He holds a B.A. from St. John's University and continues to expand his area of expertise through seminars and industry training programs.

   

Antonio (Tony) Lopez
Vice President - Operations

Mr. Lopez is responsible for the administration and monitoring of Harvard's day-to-day field operations, projects and staff. He oversees all of the company's budget analysis and projections, and monitors all compliance issues on client contracts and assists in new business development. Prior to joining Harvard, Mr. Lopez served as Vice President of Operations for One Source, Inc., where he was directly responsible for over 100 service contracts in the New York metropolitan region valued at approximately $130 million annually. Before that, he was Vice President of Operations for Initial Cleaning Services. He is also a Vietnam Veteran having served as a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army, and is a member of the 173rd Airborne Society. He attended Queensboro Community College, where he studied Business Administration.

   

Joanne C. Plemenos
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Plemenos joined the Company in 1995 to function in the newly-created position of Controller, she is now the CFO. She works closely with the company's President on all financial related issues for each of the company's affiliates. These include forecasting, budgeting, financial statement preparation, monitoring of cash flow and bank credit requirements. She also works with counsel on compliance matters and due diligence relating to customers and business associates. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Plemenos worked at Arthur Andersen from 1990 to 1995 where, as a Senior Supervisor, she specialized in initial public offerings, auditing and tax preparation for retail and service companies and evaluating internal financial control structures. She obtained a B.S. degree in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from LaSalle University and is presently working toward her C.P.A. accreditation.

   

Daniel B. Crowley
Vice President

Mr. Crowley joined the Company in 1997 as a Vice President. Since joining Harvard, he has been instrumental in adding more than $10,000,000 in annualized sales revenue. Mr. Crowley began his career in 1979 with National Cleaning Services. Later, he held the position of Senior Vice President-Building and Tenant Sales with Arcade Building Services covering the New York and New Jersey areas. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Iona College.

   

Catherine Coleman
Vice President

Cathy Coleman joined Harvard Maintenance, Inc. in August of 2004. Prior to joining Harvard, Ms. Coleman served as Vice President Sales for OneSource, Inc. Ms. Coleman brings over 20 years diversified experience in janitorial sales.
As Vice President of Sales at Harvard Maintenance, Inc. Ms. Coleman will be overseeing all major institutional accounts and over $20 Million Dollars of the Harvard Business Portfolio. Ms. Coleman will also be responsible for new business development in New Jersey and overseeing the Business Services Division. Ms. Coleman attended Seton Hall University.

   

Sonia Somarriba
Vice President

Ms. Somarriba is Vice President of the company responsible for the human resources, corporate administration and purchasing. She joined the company in 1993 as the Administrative Assistant to the President in which role she created, built and streamlined various aspects of personnel, purchasing, payroll and administration. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Somarriba worked in the Purchasing Department of Arcade Cleaning Contractors beginning in 1984 and became the Assistant to the Vice President of Operations. In that position, she was a key member of the focus group which developed a highly sophisticated computerized timekeeping and labor budget control system. She was educated at the Royal Business School in New York City. MS. Somarriba also received a Human Resources Studies Certificate from Cornell University.
