Harvard takes pride in the quality and professionalism put forth by its employees. In an effort to award this measure of excellence Harvard has instituted the Crown Award. The Crown Award is based on team performance for an entire building, not the efforts of one individual.
Each quarter Harvard chooses a winning building based on the following criteria: overall cleaning quality, equipment care, supply usage, number of cleaning complaints, attendance, lateness, personal appearance and safety. A building can win more than once if it is still judged as the best building.
Recent Crown Award Winners: Congratulations to all employees who worked so hard to achieve this award!
Each employee of the building which wins the Crown Award will receive a cash bonus of $100.00. GO TEAM!!!!
