Empowered Workforce

Just as we use HarvardSmart to track and report results, we use HarvardAchieve, an advanced Internet-based Learning Management System, to train, test and certify our employees. Our training system ensures that our workers have clear workflow duties and that they have a firm grasp of the responsibilities for their assigned tasks. We reinforce employee training with job and cart cards to make sure that nothing is missed.
