Training ProgramEmployees and supervisors receive training through HarvardAchieve, our Internet-based, interactive Learning Management System (LMS). In addition to training, employees are tested through this program and receive certification when they successfully complete their training. Personnel who work in your facility will receive training that is specific to your scope of work and service needs. |

The training itself is administered through video, Flash or PowerPoint presentations on an Internet-enabled PC, and can be delivered to employees either individually or in a group classroom setting. Harvard reinforces the on-line training with job cards, cart cards and wall posters that serve as on-site references that service workers can use to make sure they’re performing their tasks correctly.
