Seamless, Transparent Transitions

TRANSITION EXCELLENCE

Switching service providers is often difficult: Harvard makes it seamless by utilizing sophisticated web-based project management software that allows all key stakeholders to monitor the transition in real-time. Utilizing this software, we build a comprehensive, documented plan for the transition. Our transition process, HarvardBluePrint, is based on our ISO 9001 experience and best practices which ensure a smooth transition. The only difference our clients see … is better service.

Seamless, Transparent, Transitions

At Harvard, we work with our clients to make transitions seamless. While most providers wait until contract award to customize a detailed implementation plan, we take a unique approach. Our transition due diligence begins once the Request for Proposal (RFP) is received. Proactively managing the transition process is critical to alleviating potential pitfalls and is too important to leave until the last minute.

While going through the process of responding to the RFP, conducting site tours, and understanding the scope of services, we simultaneously design a tailored transition plan for your facility. This allows us to share a detailed plan when we are invited to formally present our solutions.

Based upon our ISO 9001:2008 lessons learned and best practices, HarvardBluePrint, our documented transition program, provides a systematic approach that ensures a seamless and transparent implementation. Our detailed, task-oriented plan is regimented, completely transferrable, and scalable to any sized facility or geographic footprint.

To generate continuity and mutually agreed upon deliverables, our clients are actively involved throughout the transition planning and execution process. This guarantees complete accountability and delight of all stakeholders.

Our cleaning service meets Green Seal™ Standard GS-42 based on waste minimization, building-specific operational procedures, effective custodial training, and use of products with limits on human & environmental toxicity. GreenSeal.org.
