Dave Domlija

Dave joined Harvard in 2006 through the acquisition of Elite Maintenance, Inc., which he owned and led since 1992. He is responsible for optimizing revenue operations, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives. His strategic vision and deep understanding of market dynamics have been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion and maintaining its competitive edge in the industry. He is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). Dave studied at both William Rainer Harper College in Palatine, IL as well as Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL.
