Lourdes Barsky

Lourdes Barsky serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Harvard, where she leads the company’s enterprise-wide Human Resources strategy in support of more than 10,000 employees. She partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen talent, enhance employee experience, and ensure Harvard’s people, culture, and leadership capabilities support the company’s long-term growth and success.

With more than 25 years of executive Human Resources leadership experience, Lourdes has developed and implemented people strategies for large, multi-state organizations across the service, hospitality, healthcare, and consumer products industries. Her expertise includes organizational transformation, talent development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, HR technology, learning and development, compliance, people analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational integration.

Since joining Harvard in 2026, Lourdes has played a key role in advancing the company’s people strategy, overseeing Human Resources operations, employee experience, total rewards, 401(k) and pension governance, workforce planning, and HR technology transformation. She serves as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, helping align talent strategies with Harvard’s business objectives.

Prior to joining Harvard, Lourdes held senior Human Resources leadership positions with Monster Energy, Gold Coast Holdings, Gold Coast Beverage Distributor, and Pan American Hospital, where she successfully led large-scale organizational transformations, acquisitions, and workforce growth initiatives. She is recognized for building high-performing cultures, developing strong leadership teams, and driving organizational performance through strategic Human Resources leadership.

Lourdes holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Business Management from Nova Southeastern University and was recognized as a 2023 South Florida Business & Wealth HR Honoree.
