Lourdes Pineda
Chief Financial Officer

Lourdes Pineda serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial and technology functions across the organization. This includes accounting, treasury, tax, audit, IT, risk management, and strategic projects. Since joining the company in 2020, she has played a key role in streamlining operations, modernizing systems, and supporting Harvard’s continued growth and profitability.
Lourdes brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the cruise, hospitality, real estate, and facilities services industries. Prior to Harvard, she held senior finance roles at Crystal Cruises, FirstService Residential, and Carnival Corporation & PLC, where she led initiatives in M&A, restructuring, and digital transformation.
Lourdes earned both her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from Florida International University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Qualified Financial Expert (QFE). In addition to her executive role, she actively serves on several boards and committees, including as Audit Chair for Source Logistics and Treasurer for the Cleaning Coalition of America.
Recognized for her achievements, Lourdes is an honoree of the Exceptional Women’s Alliance and was named an Influential Business Woman by the South Florida Business Journal. She is a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association, the Private Directors Association, and the South Florida Executive Roundtable. Based in South Florida, she is passionate about driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and building strong, values-based teams.
