Pat Mullin serves as the Chief Operating Officer. With over 30 years at Harvard and 36 years in the industry, Pat has been instrumental in overseeing operations across all regions, ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfaction. His leadership has been pivotal in driving the company’s expansion and maintaining its reputation for excellence.
Before his tenure at Harvard, Pat held management positions at National Cleaning Contractors, ISS, and Initial Cleaning Contractors, where he gained extensive experience in the building services industry. He is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University.
