With over 30 years of experience in the cruise, hospitality, and real-estate service industries, Ms. Pineda brings a wealth of financial expertise to her role. She is responsible for overseeing the Company’s financial management functions, including finance and accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and corporate financial strategy.

Ms. Pineda is a senior executive who is well versed in both public and private organizations. She specializes in leading corporate restructuring, evaluating, and integrating acquisitions while executing both economic and strategic solutions.
